The all-in-one platform

Examples current as of Sep 2026 · prices move, ranges don't

Flat monthly fee. No token math. AI built into a product you already use. You never see the machinery, because you didn't come to operate it — you came to get a job done.

What it is

AI you rent, not AI you run

You pay one predictable bill and use a polished product — a chatbot, a copilot inside your office suite, a design tool. The provider handles the models, the hosting, the updates. All you do is sign in.

This is what most people picture when they hear "AI," and for good reason: it's the least technical way to use it.

Who it's for

Right for you if…

  • You want a tool, not a project. No developer, no integration, no IT afternoon.
  • You use a product that already has AI built in and just need to turn it on.
  • A predictable monthly bill matters more than squeezing out the last cent per task.

Not for you if you need AI inside your own software, or you're doing enough volume that per-task pricing saves real money.

What it costs, roughly

Dollars to a few hundred a month

A personal plan runs a few dollars a month; a business or team plan is more. You're paying for convenience and polish, so the range matters more than the exact number — and it moves. Check the current price before you commit.

Reliability to expect

Mature vendors, occasional outage

These are big, stable companies — reliability is generally strong. But an outage takes down the whole product, and you have no control over it. Budget for the rare day it's just down.
