Zero data retention

Zero data retention is a contract-level promise that the company keeps nothing you send once it has processed your request.
Why it matters to your business

For anything sensitive — client records, financials, health — zero retention is the strongest data promise a cloud tool can make, because data that was never stored can't leak or resurface.

The catch · what vendors don't say

It usually lives on business contracts or specific products, not the free tier — and 'we don't train on it' is a weaker promise than 'we don't keep it.'
