Philosophy
At the heart of my work is an integrative mindset. I don't separate "business problems" from "technical problems" or "people problems"; I look for the pattern that runs through them.
I often reframe surface‑level requests to get to the deeper issue. What looks like a technical gap is sometimes a communication problem, or a misaligned incentive structure.
I'm comfortable holding tension—between speed and safety, ambition and realism—without forcing a shallow compromise. Good solutions usually emerge from sitting with the conflict.
I move back and forth between the whiteboard and the code editor. Strategy that doesn't survive implementation isn't strategy; implementation without direction is just busy work.
I care about trust: inside teams, between organizations and their users, and in the tools we hand to people who don't get to be "early adopters" by choice.
